WHO

WE ARE

We started with a problem and created a solution.

After heart surgery we found my elderly father, who had previously lost both legs, no longer had the strength to transfer himself from his wheelchair to his bed or favorite recliner. It required several caregivers to transfer him. Together with my dad, we began working on several prototypes that would allow him to transfer with very little assistance. This gave both of my parents freedom and enabled him to enjoy his last year at home without being bedridden. We have named our transfer device WadeBoard (patented) in his honor. With this device our goal is to offer independence and hope to those who are in need of care.

Wade passed away at the age of 81.
